RETURN POLICY

Our goal is to provide you with a positive buying experience before, during, and after the sale. We have formulated, implemented and evolved, over the years, a Return Policy that will guide both you and us in different scenarios.

Our first advice and request is that you inspect your order immediately upon receipt. Please make sure that each product is in good order, and is working.

Full Refund is provided under the following conditions:
(1) The product is unusable due to manufacturing defect;
(2) The request for return is made by e-mail within 3 days of receipt of product;
(3) The product is shipped back in original packaging, with the Return Authorization Number marked, within 15 days from your receipt of the product.
If a product is damaged during shipping, please file a freight claim with the carrier, and notify us accordingly. We can help you file the claim. In addition, we will ship a replacement product immediately, without waiting for the damaged item to arrive at our warehouse.

Partial Refund is provided under the following conditions:
(1) You change your mind after receipt of product;
(2) The request for return is made by e-mail within 5 days of receipt of product;
(3) The product is shipped back in original packaging, with the Return Authorization Number marked.
We will refund your purchase price less the shipping and handling costs and less a restocking fee (depending on manufacturer's policy; the minimum is 20%). We encourage you to take time in making purchase decisions: we suggest you analyze your space and envision how the product will look. If you are buying at least three pieces of a product, we suggest you order one first.

For payments made with a credit card, refunds will be made to the same credit card account.

PRIVACY POLICY

What information do you collect?
We collect information that is necessary to process your order and to communicate with you regarding your order. Examples of such information are name, billing address, shipping address, e-mail address, phone number, credit card number, expiration date.

How else will you use the information?
We may send out a company newsletter via email that informs you of our new products and shipments. If you choose not to receive the email, you will be able to opt out of the mailing list. We do not sell or rent our customer and prospect lists.
